The ensemble consists of 3 bodies  of houses, each having a height regime of 3S+P+9E. These sections contain a number of  178 apartments. Within the project, a number of approximately 200  indoor parking lots.

All bathrooms are waterproofed.

Resistance structure

It will be composed of: reinforced concrete diaphragms and beams; PVC masonry and carpentry tire with three-pane glass; the envelope will be of the non-circulating terrace type, set up on a reinforced concrete slab, covered with bituminous membrane and thermal insulation;
In the vertical circulation nodes of each section there will be placed two elevators which will be accessible from every level. The interior compartments will be made of min. 25 cm between apartments and between common spaces; The compartments will be finished with plaster and interior paint.  

Volumetric Characteristics, Facades, and External Finishes

The envelope will feature exterior closures to ensure the required thermal resistance. The building structures will be enclosed perimetrically with masonry, 10 cm polystyrene, and PVC joinery (white on the inside and gray on the outside) with triple glazing. The facades will be fitted with windows and doors made of low-emission triple-glazed joinery, selected for both constructional and aesthetic reasons. Decorative plaster in two colors (White and Dark Gray).

Interior Finishes

Partition walls will be constructed from 11.5 cm ceramic bricks, ensuring thermal and acoustic comfort, and will be painted with white washable acrylic paint. The walls separating the apartments will be made of 25 cm thick brick masonry. Inside the apartments, lightweight gypsum board walls and/or glass partitions can be added to isolate the kitchens at the beneficiary's request.

For all wet areas (bathrooms, kitchens), vitrified, non-slip ceramic tiles that are wear-resistant will be used. Living areas will feature laminated parquet flooring.

Interior doors will be solid cellular types, available in single or double leaf, finished with lacquered veneer or HDS paneling. Entrance doors to the apartments will be metal with yalle-type locks.

Ceilings will be finished with plaster and painted with white washable paint.
