Technical details

It will consist of: reinforced concrete columns, diaphragms, and slabs with a thickness of 15 cm; the roofing will be a non-accessible terrace type, constructed on a reinforced concrete slab, covered with bituminous membrane and thermal insulation;

At the vertical circulation nodes of each section, there will be one lift accessible from each level.

Interior partitions will be made of 15 cm masonry. Between apartments and common areas, the masonry will be 25 cm thick.

The building envelope will incorporate exterior closures designed to ensure the required thermal resistance. Perimeter enclosure of the building structures will consist of masonry, 10cm polystyrene insulation finished with decorative plaster, and exterior painting in RAL 9001. At the basement level, columns, diaphragms, and walls will be finished with plaster and painted in RAL 7023. Fifth-floor terraces will feature clear tempered glass parapets. Loggias and balconies will have decorative plastered and painted parapets in RAL 9001 and RAL 7023; glass parapets will be locally installed.

Window joinery will be dark-colored PVC (RAL 7023) with thermal-insulated glazing.
